It was a lovely fall day two Sundays ago at the annual Ceremony of Remembrance when we came together to share memories of those in our lives who have died and celebrate the imprints they have made in our lives. We shared poetry, lit candles, listened to beautiful music, and of course, enjoyed delicious treats made by our wonderful Jane Bergerson.
We were grateful to have our Healing Center community members share personal pieces with our attendees–Michael Hood shared a personal written work and Tom Humphreys shared his song Cracked Wide Open Again–in addition to many others who shared.
We would like to take a moment to thank everybody who attended, contributed, or kept us in your thoughts. A special thanks to our wonderful musicians, Melet Whinston, Grady Payden, Caroline Rhoads, and Tom Humphreys as well as Michael Hood, Mary Jackson, and Isabel Tan for all they contributed.
If you attended and would like to provide us with some feedback, we’d appreciate it if you took our survey.
